Dear Travel Industry Partner,
Effective March 25, 2023, JetBlue has announced the introduction of the new morning departure from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to London Heathrow Airport (LHR). To accommodate for this operation, JetBlue will adjust service between New York-JFK and London Gatwick Airport (LGW), offering travellers one daily flight instead of two. In total JetBlue will maintain three daily flights between New York and London.
The updated New York (JFK) to London schedule will be as follows:
Daily Schedule between New York (JFK) and London Heathrow (LHR)
Beginning March 25, 2023 (Eastbound) & March 26, 2023 (Westbound)

Following JetBlue flight will no longer operate between New York (JFK) and London Gatwick Airport.

Customers are eligible to change their reservations up to seven days before or after their original flight with no fees or increase in airfare. They are also able to change to an alternate flight from either London Gatwick or London Heathrow.
If you are unable to find a suitable alternative for your customers, they may cancel their flight and receive a refund on their original form of payment.
